Search Engine Optimization Best Practices are required in the day we live!

Search Engine Optimization Best Practices are required to thrive in the world of online living.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It means organizing a website so that it will be at its best when a search engine crawls through the pages so that when someone searches for a particular item or idea, they come upon the best possible sites. Hopefully that site is yours so that you can get your message out, and help change lives.
Every page needs to be optimized so that it can stand out from the crowd and be noticed.
There are millions of blogs, millions of sites, and billions of pages on those sites. Optimizing your site for the best results is paramount if you want to be noticed.
It’s exactly like life. We must keep our lives optimized so that we are at our best.
Recently, I viewed a video of Georgia Joseph who gave a presentation on SEO from 2014 (which is still relevant – but who knows for how long). It was by far one of the best teachings on Search Engine Optimization Best Practices and she highlights using Social Media that I’ve seen. It was conducted for a Christian ministry perspective but applicable to any and all sites.
If you want to watch it you can do so here:
Georgia Joseph: SEO and Social Media
She gives a great complete overview of how to organize your site for the best results, and better yet, tells you what NOT TO DO so that you won’t be penalized by Google.
She covers the five important pillars of search engine optimization for best practices:
- KEYWORD RESEARCH
- SILOS
- META TAGS
- COMPTETITION
- BODY COPY
One of the most important concepts is having incredible content that is amazing! Content that captures someone’s attention, and even yet, content that someone wants to share.
If you can take a moment and check it out and re-work your site you won’t be sorry. If you don’t have a site, where in the internet are you? Why haven’t you gotten a site?
In 2015 its so affordable, and easy to create your own site with GoDaddy.com and Hostgator.com (or any other hosting company you choose). If you don’t know how to do that you can watch a video here:
How To Build A Blog…. build a wordpress blog and host multiple blogs
If you want to get a discount on hosting from Hostgator.com, you can use our coupon code 13MINDSETS – don’t use I don’t care really. In 2015, everyone needs an online presence.
Once you have your site, or even if you have a site, what this video and let Georgia Joseph, share with you and let her walk you through her Search Engine Optimization Best Practices… you’ll be glad you did!
And if you do all that, set yourself up with an good email address that forwards to your Gmail account, or whatever email you use. Nothing says rookie like email@gmail.com or worse even… email@aol.com. Yes, I still see a few of those.
The only negative is you while you watch her presentation, there aren’t any notes available for download.
But don’t worry!
`It was so good, I made them! Had too! The content was too good!
If you want a copy email me and I’ll send them to you.
