Of course we use our blogs to encourage spiritual leadership, involvement, and life to our congregation.

My question is how often should one post not those subjects, but also the frustrations and issues that face a Pastor and their church?

Would the discourse lessen someones appreciation for their Pastor’s leadership if they read the openness for that place of leadership?

Just a thought… I’d love your response!
