I often wonder how open should a Pastor be on their blog. Of course we use our blogs to encourage spiritual leadership, involvement, and life to our congregation.
My question is how often should one post not those subjects, but also the frustrations and issues that face a Pastor and their church?
Would the discourse lessen someones appreciation for their Pastor’s leadership if they read the openness for that place of leadership?
Just a thought… I’d love your response!

I think some of the most encouraging things you can talk about is the things that come up against a pastor and their church…people can see that we are all overcoming something and were all in it together!!
Besides most people don’t think being a pastor or running a church has any problems…little do they know!!
